Refund Policy

At OpenVBX, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users.

All payments made are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

– Duplicate payment made by mistake
– Technical errors resulting in failed service delivery
– Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the transaction by contacting our support team at info@openvbx.app

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

OpenVBX reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
